The Dete Animal Rescue Trust (DART) has been assisting National Parks with wildlife conservation work for more than 20 years.
DART Human-Wildlife Conflict Assistance.
In terms of our current MOU with National Parks, DART continues to provide assistance with human-wildlife conflict mitigation in rural areas surrounding Hwange National Park.
DART 4x4 Transport Assistance.
Currently DART is providing 4×4 vehicle transport to assist National Parks by deploying Park Rangers and keeping their remote outposts resupplied with rations and water on a regular monthly schedule.
DART Snare Patrol Assistance.
Most recently a 4-man DART Team was vetted and cleared by the Police CID (Hwange) and is now assisting the Area Manager Sinamatella with extended snare patrols in the Deka Area.
